Return Policy

Our promise to you

We promise to attempt a return on every item purchased on tahoehistroy.info by offering receipt look-up* or a non-receipted return or exchange with a valid form of identification.

Refund/exchange policy

Most items in new condition returned within 7 days of estimated delivery date will receive a refund or exchange. Items that are damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

Exceptions

Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited, other restrictions may apply.
Target stores cannot accept international returns or exchanges, including international returns and exchanges of online purchases.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase except as specified below

 

Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

United States (48 contiguous United States)

We strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $3.00 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped 2-3 business days after they are placed. We use USPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers

Currently we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Please inquire to see if we can figure shipping costs out.

 

Shipping Procedures

 

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped.   This email is sent after the first USPS scan.  The email will include the USPS tracking number.  You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

•    Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

•    Most items are available to ship in 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
